The assessmentis a free 30-minute virtual call where we discuss your goals, training history, and any medical considerations. This isn't a sales pitch — it's a clinical intake conversation. You'll walk away with a clear understanding of what your program would look like, whether or not you decide to move forward.

Your program is generated using AI trained on evidence-based programming principles, then reviewed by a Registered Nurse with two decades of strength training experience. Every exercise selection, tempo, and progression is checked against your medical history.

Ongoing coaching means your program evolves as you do. Monthly updates based on your progress, form check reviews via video, and async messaging for questions between sessions.
