Brogression
FreeIt does the math. You lift the weight.
Your lifting program, done for you. Every set worked out to your plates, your training max moved each cycle, and a card for the group chat when you're done.
Free. No ads. No tracking. Runs in your browser and installs to your home screen.

No homework.
Every set loaded to the plates you own. No calculator.
Works in a dead zone.
Log with no signal. It syncs when you walk out.
Bring your crew, or don't.
A shared feed and a board for the crew. Solo works too.
What it does
Your program, run for you
Pick a program and enter your starting numbers. Every set shows up already worked out to the plates you own, per side. Log a set with one tap. When a cycle ends, your numbers move.
Programs
5/3/1 (Original 4-day and Beginners, with FSL, BBB or SSL supplemental work), Novice 3×5, Classic 5×5, or build your own. Switch programs and change progression, deloads, warm-ups and rest times whenever you want.
The session
AMRAP sets show the reps you need for a PR. Joker sets for the days it's moving. Add, swap or reorder exercises just for today or for the whole program. Conditioning too: run, ruck, bike, row, swim, sled or sprints.
Rest timer
Starts itself when you log a set. Add or take off 30 seconds. It keeps counting if you leave the screen.
Progress
Rep maxes from 1 to 10, estimated 1RM and training max charts for every lift, a cycle view, and a session card to share with the group chat.
Toolbox
1RM estimator, RPE chart, plate loader, Wilks and DOTS, and Navy tape body fat — the same calculators as this site.

Want a coach on top of it?
Brogression runs proven programs as written. If you're working around an injury, a medical condition, or a goal a template won't cover, I'll build a plan around you and review it with clinical judgment.
